The officers of the Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained B.G. (DoB 1969), as a result of operative-investigative activities. He was taken under arrest for premeditated murder committed against a family member under aggravating circumstances.
The committed crime envisages from 13 to 17 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, during a dispute, killed his brother - B.G. (DoB 1977) in the village of Chaisubani, Kobuleti Municipality. He was fatally wounded by a shot from a hunting rifle.
Police seized the weapon of crime as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder of a family member committed under aggravating circumstances, article 109 (11) Part II, sub-paragraph "F" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
